an extremely attractively renovated luxury and spacious apartment on the 2nd floor , directly on the promenade and the harbour , with above it a private roof terrace of 80m2 with 360 degree views of both the castle of Denia and also frontal sea view and on the harbour. entertainment area with shops and restaurants and cafes already from the front door down to the square and in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 100 m away. Free parking on the street, or else in the parking lot at 100 m.

In the heart of the population, access for people with reduced mobility, you only have to save a small step from the street to the house, once inside it is all accessible and without steps. It has a living room, kitchen, complimentary toilet, bedroom, en-suite bathroom, en-suite bathroom, shower, accessible shower. The home has air conditioning/heat, WiFi. Maximum capacity of the same are two people in the main bedroom and two people in the living room in auxiliary folding bed and sofa bed.
