Sunny location with evening sun on the large terrace that has a glassed-in patio with opening sliding areas. Here you live between two lakes, Lelång (which is included in the Dalsland Canal lake system) and Ertingen. Walking distance to swimming area. Rowboat is included in rental rental (1/5 - 10/31). In the house there are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms, living space with fireplace. 2 toilet rooms, one with bathtub, Laundry room with shower/sauna, washing machine/dryer.

The cottage is located with about 100 meters of shoreline to the sea Lelång. A large lovely jetty with a bathing ladder and easy access to the water. Then there's also a small dock. Own private sand beach, lots of flaberg and areas down towards the water. Small RIB with 4HK motor can be rented, if you are boat friendly. Rental price EUR 200,- per week. 2 canoes can be rented for an additional rent of EUR 100,- per item per week. The cottage is centrally located to 3 km from Bengtsfors, which is a small cozy town with all amenities and shops.
