Center town, shops, restaurants, lake, bus and ferries are a few minutes walk downhill (10 mins up). Strictly non-smoking not even in garden.

Double bed can be split in 2 singles with 24 hrs. notice (min 2 nights). Dishwasher, Wi-fi, and a washing machine. Garden has BBQ. In the garden we have cats, they never enter the apartement, but we can not accept dogs. There is a private parking or ideal with public transport. Strictly no-smoking, not even in balcony or garden
