The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

private cabana with a beautiful ocean view

My place is a 10 -15 minute walk to West End, the beach , restaurants and diving . The nicest feature of my cabana is the peaceful feeling of overlooking the jungle and viewing the Caribbean however there are a few steps to get there, worth it , as shown in the photos , it is very private and tranquil. Everything is brand new. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
