My flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the south side of the city and I live here with my cat.
You can make yourself at home here, cook meals in the kitchen, read a book on the sofa and cuddle the cat.
There is a walking trail around the reservoir at 2 minutes walk from here - it's great for jogging, cycling or just to escape into nature for half an hour.
My flat is not luxurious and it's not located in the city - this is reflected in the price. It is however cosy and comfortable.
