The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located on a private housing estate. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be complied with not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants.
