The villa was built in 1640 & lies in an amazing medieval village in Tuscany. There are 2 restaurants with real Italian cuisine, a small grocery store just steps away from the villa, an ATM, a hardware store, a gas station, a post office, and a library (under construction). The most amazing hikes can be found just down the road, including cave diving & repelling, & the beach is just over an hour drive. Lucca & it’s historical charm is less than 45 minutes & Florence & Pisa about twice that.
