Larger house on the most beautiful gaúcha beach, near Morro do Farol, Guarita, Praia Grande and downtown. Located on Cal beach one block from the sea. The house has four bedrooms, accommodating 16 people, three bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, gourmet area, large and closed patio for up to six cars and entrance with electronic gate. Our space has 7 rooms (2 with air and the others with fan), one of the suites with hot tub, accommodating 15 people in beds. The outdoor area has heated pool and waterfall, ballroom with pool table and Ping Pong, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and 2 garages. It is 150 m from Itapeva Beach, 10 minutes from Torres, sea view and Lagoa Jardim. You can enjoy amazing vacations in our space and relax along the lush nature of the Garden Lagoon
