It's listed as a monument (that's why some things have a few signs of wear and tear). Since it was intended as a family house, the kitchen is in the basement - but on the same level as the back garden. The house has three floors and 95 sqm, the plot with old fruit trees and meadows 1200 sqm. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to allergies

Ideally located to discover Alsace and relax, the Cottage de Valérie offers a modern and comfortable space in a green setting, out of sight. Charm and authenticity harmonize with luxury and high-end services to guarantee you a very pleasant stay. Our vacation home is far from the noise and hustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the Deutsches Weinstraße. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
