Super location at the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Lake Kochel and Walchensee can be reached in half an hour, Lake Starnberg and the Ostersee lakes are in the immediate vicinity!

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isarlage. The city center is within 5 minutes of the Isar promenade. Shopping facilities such as baker's butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are each double rooms with a shower and toilet. It is not a locked apartment but all the rooms can be locked individually

The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Equipment: SW terrace with garden access, small bedroom, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-clad living room in front of panoramic window, with separate round dining corner all in wood. Quiet residential area in the middle of gardens. Walking distance to Kochelsee, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.

A few minutes walk from the Franz Marc Museum and the surrounding mountains , the Kochelsee and the town center . Also, the Kristalltherme Trimini is quick to reach. Kochel am See not only invites you to cycle, hike and swim, even Munich can be reached with easy access. Contributions to the tourist tax are already included in the price.

Bright apartment with front yard

Not suitable for small children! 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Iffeldorf an den Ostersee is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. Situated not far from Munich and you are in the mountains quietly. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your home is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.

Renovated in 2020, the apartment in the basement (yet bright and friendly) is close to Kochelsee. Cross only one road - via a park you reach the lake promenade. The apartment has a double bed (1,80x2,00m) and 1 folding sofa (1,85x0,75m as additional sleeping space). A private entrance, covered outdoor seating and a parking space is available.

In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
