One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - kitchen with stove, fridge, sink - coffee machine (pads) - cookwear, dishes - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

The cozy and newly furnished apartment with balcony on the 1st floor for max. 4 persons offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and a living room. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style.
