We are located on 1500 acres in the Genesee River Valley right next door to the the National Warplane Museum (this is a flying museum with a grass strip}. Look east for an enchanting view of SUNY Geneseo or west for one of our famous sunsets. You are surrounded by fertile fields and a wide open sky. Five horses right outside your window add to the magic of it all. Just 1 mile from Main St and the college, on a private drive right off Rt. 63.

Lake Condo

The Lake Condo is a large one bedroom unit located at the north west side of Conesus Lake. This is a middle unit and has a unit above and below. There's a Queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out memory foam queen sleeper. The only shared space would be the fire pit patio area and the dock. Kitchen is stocked well with cooking necessities, flatware and includes a keurig, blender, etc. Approximately 8 minutes from Geneseo and 20 minutes from Letchworth State Park.Docks are seasonal.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
