The house is in a safe, suburban, upscale area only 35 minutes from Boston (outside rush hour). There is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

We are 10 minutes from historic Concord, MA and 40 minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. There is a local commuter rail into Boston as well. It is a good home base from which to explore colleges in the area, too.
