In addition to a habitable total area of approx. 40 sqm, ideal for 1-3 people, our guests also have access to the garden.

I offer a room with a bed (1.40 m) for 1 to 2 people, TV (only DVDs can be rented from me), soundproof windows & vinyl flooring. Kitchen and bathroom can also be used. My massage practice is in the house. Massages can be booked with me. Through the railway junction, it is possible to travel in any direction by train. Lake Constance etc. is thus easily accessible. 2 Euro tourist tax per night must be paid to the city, except for professional travelers.
