House from 2010 with 4 bedrooms and a large playroom (can be used as an extra bedroom. Living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor. 2 Bathrooms, one on the 1st floor with shower and one on the 2nd floor with bathtub. Large garden with covered terrace, barbecue area, trampoline, and large sandbox. Inflatable swimming pool and lots of toys. We have a kind cat who loves children and very cuddly, it's mostly out in summer time. Quiet neighborhood with children. Street outside the house where the children can bike etc. playground and soccer field. As well as shop 3 min walk away.

Høllen also has a fantastic swimming beach for both young and old which is located right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park Høyt and Lavt.
