The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Private Grey Lynn studio with deck and garden situated five minutes' walk from Ponsonby Road. Breakfast is provided for the first day or two of your stay, although if you prefer to eat out, Ponsonby has wonderful cafes and restaurants as well as bars and shopping. The studio is close to Grey Lynn Park and good transport links to the city (less than 3kms away) and beyond but is an easy walk into the CBD.
