Very cozy and comfortable house, with air conditioning cold and heat in living room and all bedrooms, as well as fireplace in living room for autumn-winter with oak wood (included).Satellite TV. Wifi. The house has 2 floors, only the upper floor is rented, with swimming pool and gardens. The OWNER AND HIS FAMILY LIVE on the GROUND FLOOR.
