Chalet of 42 m² very peaceful located in the middle of the mountains ideal for relaxation. Annecy North toll 15 minutes away. You enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walks and mountain biking on site. Playground, city stadium 1 km (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction kitchen, dishwasher ... Garden and shelters, garden and shelters, tables, tables, chairs, deckchair. Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the plateau du Revard (40 min) for cross-country and hiking. One hour from here are the Aravis stations.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. Non-treatment or pesticide environment. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. Pets not allowed. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains.
