LUMINOUS ATICO EN EL SORT CENTERWelcome to Sort! We offer you a bright penthouse in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in the Pyrenees of Lérida. The apartment is small but very cozy. It is a 4th (without elevator ) and has 2 rooms (one double with double bed- we renew the mattress dated 23/10/14) and one triple (with three single beds). Exceptionally, two extra single mattresses could be available. The sofas are correct for the active visitor profile, who uses it as a resting point after hiking and/or skiing days, but it is not so good for the visitor profile who likes to spend many hours on the sofa. The apartment has heating and air conditioning (the latter installed in August '16), a 32"TV, free WIFI, newly renovated kitchen with outdoor gallery (washer & dryer), a bathroom with full bathtub (not new but everything works correctly). In our absence, check-in is done by our friend and neighbor Victor (or his wife Violeta) who live downstairs and are also available to help in case there are any problems during your stay. Upon arrival you will find: - Sheets, comforters and towels for each guest - Kitchenware (glasses, dishes, casseroles, pans, silverware, coffee maker) - Basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, vinegar, sugar..) - Shower gel and hairdryer in the sink. The apartment, located on the main street, has all the time shops (supers, fruit shops, bakeries, butchers, press, pharmacy,etc.) on the street. We recommend this apartment to families with children, couples or group of friends who want to relax and enjoy nature without sacrificing the comforts and services offered by the village. Sort is the capital of Pallars Sobirà, the region of Catalonia with the most protected territory, distributed between the Aigüestortes National Park and the Upper Pyrenees Natural Park, the largest in Catalonia. Of particular note are the adventure sports practiced in the area (rafting, hisdrospeed, canoeing, canoeing, canyoning, climbing, mountaineering, horse riding, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain skiing, horseback riding, football 11, Nordic walking...etc.). Worth mentioning is fishing, for which there is 40 km of river with one of the best stretches of fishing without death in Catalonia. The municipality of Sort, at 2,189 m above sea level and with most routes under 1,500 m (which makes them accessible practically all year round), is also a paradise for hiking with routes that travel through a lively rural world. In winter, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy the slopes of Port Ainè, Tavascan and Espot in the area. Enjoy your holidays in Sort!.

The Watchtower of the PyreneesCérvoles is a village on the crest of a mountain, 1200m above sea. It has stunning views of the mountains to the north, south and endless views. Very close to the National Park Aigüestortes i Sant Maurici.
