In the kitchen-room is extra bed for 2 people on the sofa bed. Close to Sdr. Oak beach and Siim forest. Ry is the "capital" of Denmark's most beautiful and wild nature in the middle of Søhøjlandet. There are opportunities for sailing with Canoe and Kayak, fishing, hiking, exciting bike tours on mountain bike, racing bike. At the accommodation there are equipment for washing bikes and indoor storage of the same.

Our house is located on a quiet residential road close to shopping, public transport and with views of Mårslet's rural nature. You'll love our house because of the comfort, the view, the homely cosiness, the child-friendly house and the area. Mårslet is close to Aarhus and 5 km. from the beach. The house is suitable for 2 couples with 2-3 children or a single family with children with 3-4 children. There are three children's rooms, two living rooms, a spacious dining kitchen, a fitness room/playroom, and a parental bedroom with a private bathroom.

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Mini kitchen with sink, fridge incl. mini freezer and dining area. 140cm wide bed and possibility of weekend bed for a child. Possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. A lovely oasis in the middle of the city - villa

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

Cozy wooden house with large scenic garden

Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy Swedish style wooden house with a covered terrace. The house is secluded with a large garden out to the fields. Here is ample opportunity to relax for the adults and play for the kids. The location is central in East Jutland. By car or by bus it is not far to Aarhus and all its sights. In the opposite direction is Legoland and Lego House with lots of fun for the kids. Close to the house are Mrs Møller's farm shops, which are also worth a visit.

Modern family villa with a view - close to Aarhus

Vores skønne dobbelthus er fra 2015 og er stilfuldt bygget og hyggeligt indrettet. Vores naboer er søde og rolige og kvarteret er roligt og grønt, med cykelafstand til Aarhus Centrum via Brabrandstien. Huset har alle fornødenheder man skal bruge som familie, herunder fire værelser udover stue, to toiletter, køkken, bryggers og multirum. Det er tilladt at bo maksimalt 2 voksne og to børn i vores hus. Lokalområdet er helt forrygende med let adgang til natur, legepladser og indkøbsmuligheder etc.

We love familytime, play, nature and good food. We have renovated our dream house and garden, to embrace and nurture these feelings. Our garden is adventureous and simply one of the top spots in our world. We are on a quiet road 4,5 km from Aarhus center, 1,5 km from the beach, 500 m from the forrest and surrounded by top shopping opportunities, if you like food, wine and icecream..
