Set amongst native pohutukawa trees, this 4+ bedroom, original 50s holiday house flows straight onto the beautiful Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Donut Island is opposite as well as Clarke Island, accessible on foot at low tide. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a 10 minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Great children's playground in park at end of the street.

About Lime Cottage. Welcome to your private and relaxing beach/country retreat. Lime Cottage is set on two acres with lime trees, native trees, lawn, established gardens, and abundant bird life. All overlooking green farmland and occasionally a few noisy bulls. I am sorry but this unit is not suitable for children or infants.
