Old town duplex apartment

Welcome to the heart of the historic old town of Wetzlar. Stay steps away from historically significant buildings such as the Reichskammergericht, the Hauptwache or the Lottehaus and spend a few lovely days in the picturesque old town of Wetzlar. The apartment has everything you need and needs. Children are also taken care of, whether travel cot or high chair, even our little guests should feel comfortable. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a sofa bed. A total of 5 people can be accommodated. If you ever feel like a cozy “cooking evening” and decide against the diverse culinary options in the old town, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/ freezer and a professional espresso machine is waiting for you. The apartment is well equipped and for us as design and art lovers it is important to combine good appearance with comfort. There are also many parts of our art collection with reference to Wetzlar in the apartment. Whether Warhol's Goethe or a microwave by Zeiss, whether Goethes Werther (inspired by Goethe's time in Wetzlar) or pictures of “The Greatest” taken with a Leica camera…this apartment conveys the history of our beautiful city. Will you be part of it and have a nice time our old town Maisonette apartment.

In the vicinity are good shopping facilities an indoor thermal bath with sauna, fitness and wellness. A series of hiking and cycling trails. The historic old town of Wetzlar with its half-timbered houses, the cathedral and many attractions. You'll love my place because of the views, high ceilings, the location, the surroundings and the friendliness of the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video door intercom. Due to its central location, all shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The train station is 3 minutes away by foot.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 sqm) in the Weilburg district Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers parking and bicycle storage. I offer a nice, comfortably equipped and quietly located in-law for rent. It is equipped with roller shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofabed 2 person bed serve as a sleeping place. A table and 5 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini kitchen, sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor and much more are available. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washer-dryer.

Holiday home on the edge of the forest "Silberhaus" with sauna

We rent a wonderful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. The Silberhaus is newly renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished. Due to the high-quality equipment and some extras such as infrared cable, wood stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our holiday home is the ideal place for recreation and relaxation.
