One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

The small, recently renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, stores, parks, ski slopes, golf course, lakes, and quaint New England villages. The large back deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks and a canoe are available to enjoy the lake which is known for its good fishing. The full length of the home’s backside (2 bedrooms, dining and living room) overlooks the lake and woods.
