Many hiking trails, 10 minutes from the Alpine ski resorts of Les Brasses and Hirmentaz, less than an hour from major ski areas, 10 minutes from the Plaine Joux and Col des Moises cross-country ski resorts. 35 minutes from Lake Leman, Thonon-les bains, Evian-les bains, and 45 minutes from Annecy and Geneva.

This detached chalet (70 m²) is very comfortable for 4 people (it can accommodate up to 5 people). It is cozy and mountain style, in absolute calm. The terrace to the West dominates the valley and allows a real immersion in the middle mountains. Many walks from the chalet and magnificent hikes within a radius of 1/2 hour. The mountain is our garden!
