Huset er 180m², har stor parkeringsplass, og er bare 15 minutter fra Kolvereid sentrum. 1.etg er fullt utstyrt med møbler og har en fantastisk utsikt over fjorden. Det er innredet stort kjøkken, spise- og tvstue, peisestue, og ett bad i 1.etg. I 2.etg har vi fem soverom med 7 senger og plass til 10 personer. Det er 2stk 18ft Hansvik 40hk båter tilgjengelig for leie. Det koster 500kr pr båt i døgnet. I naustet, som er bare 150m fra huset, er det sløyebenk, vann, strøm, og en fryser.
