Precioso apartamento situado en Plaza Sarriegi, donde todas las mañanas se celebra el mercado tradicional de flores y verduras. Se encuentra en el corazón del casco viejo, junto a los bares de pintxos. Tiene un precioso balcón corrido que da a la plaza, orientado al sur, ideal para desayunar, cenar o tomar una copa. The apartment is located in a pedestrian street which is a recognized pintxos area and meeting point after work. Just in front of the main door there is a gym for those who want to play sports; the beach is at the end of the street for those who want relax and surf; and business travelers are next to the Kursaal Convention Center. Those who come with children have a small park at a 1 minute walk and another park much bigger at a 2 minutes walk. There are 2 nearby supermarkets and 2 parkings.

El piso se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable, en el corazón de San Sebastián, en la parte vieja a 100 m de la playa de la Zurriola. Totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora, toallas, sabanas, televisión y wifi. Condiciones: no se admiten mascotas. No se permite fumar. Respeten a los vecinos, por favor.

LOFT in the best área of DONOSTIA

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.

Apartamento con encanto en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad. La Calle Oquendo está en el centro de San Sebastián, a 500 metros de la playa de la Zurriola y a 900 de la Playa de la Concha.
