Exclusiv! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.80×1.45 just double bed size, on pond in the forest in the middle of nature, prepared for sleeping. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Good place to watch water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Composting toilet, barbecue. Our house and parking are about 150 m away. Bathing and fishing in the lake possible. Unfortunately, mosquitoes are available.

-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

The bedroom consists of a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. Children are welcome.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful shore park and the lively promenade. It is in an ideal location between the train station and downtown, right on the Lake Constance bike path. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. The fair is 4 km away. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning. Fast internet & NETFLIX.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house.
