Modern 3 bed house in a quite location. Private parking with direct level access to the enclosed rear garden which has a large decked area, rattan garden furniture and trampoline. Within 100m radius; -Tesco Express -Chinese takeaway (wood fired pizza and Sri Lankan curry van a few days a week) -Moorhayes Country House bar and restaurant. Children’s play park. Bus stop (although it’s only a 10 min walk into town) I will also consider letting your family pet stay on a case by case basis.

The house is almost in the centre of Tiverton which is almost in the centre of Devon midway between the north and south coasts. Tiverton is also close to Exmoor And Dartmoor is not much further! Exeter is 15 miles away. The Grand Western Canal starts in Tiverton while Knightshayes Court is a National Trust property and only 2 miles to the north of Tiverton. The cinema in Tiverton is exceedingly cheap and the theatre is on the comedy circuit!
