In the west of Leipzig is one of the cleanest lakes in Germany, Lake Kulkwitzer. In the town of Markranstädt, which is adjacent to Leipzig, the apartment is located for up to 4 people in about 200 m to the lake, not perfect, but lovingly furnished from colourfully scrambled secondhand and DIY articles. Dogs welcome, but are NOT allowed to stay ALONE in the apartment. ATTENTION: due to structural conditions and the dogs living in the house, please no children under 12 years old

Parking is right outside the door. The picturesque village with castle is surrounded by a lot of forest and numerous hiking trails. There is a train station where trains run every hour to Ilmenau and Erfurt. Within walking distance are a bakery and other shopping opportunities.
