Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your wish day before arrival.

It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "vacation cubes" due to the older hut charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, lots of stuff for children and fruit plants to harvest. It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance to the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor sitting area with table for guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in-shower. No kitchen!
