We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The house is designed to be as sustainable and enviromentally friendly as possible. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Our small garden house is located in the north of Berlin between the beautiful Lehnitzsee and an extensive forest area. A great place to stay for those who love the proximity to Berlin, but want to be awakened in the morning by the sound of birds singing and the sound of the old trees. Children are welcome, we can set up a travel cot and also provide a high chair. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch on which a person can also sleep.

Sheets and towels are provided. Board games are available. The large garden can be shared for sports and recreation. The conservatory with dining table for 6 people is also shared in summer. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.
