Our house was built in 2020 on a new piece of Amsterdam, Centrumeiland, near the new Amsterdam Beach. This is a quite area where many families live. —> Our neighborhood is still in development so construction work in the area is common during weekdays. —> We don’t serve breakfast, but there is a refrigerator you can use.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.
