One bedroom available. Accommodates up to two people. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and available for use. No meals are provided. Parking available. The house is fairly new and in a very safe neighbourhood. It is about three km from town and close to Grammar Secondary School. The room is available for short term rental as well. As I am single, I prefer single ladies or couples to stay at my home.
