Trondheim Spektrum, St.Olavs Hospital, NTNU, the Nidaros Cathedral and the centre of Trondheim are in walking distance. The room is bright with a single bed, a closet, a desk and is on the ground floor. Shared bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC, and access to washing machine/dryer in the basement. Heart Room

The heart room was previously used in connection with the entrance to the restaurant/visitor's yard, but is now for rent only. The apartment was built in 2015 and is located in an older operating building on our small farm. There are only 2 cats and one dog left on the farm. Approximately 10min drive from ferry rental on Rørvik, 5 min drive to urban center and 15 min drive to Rissa center.
