This well kept self contained one bedroom annex with lounge/kitchen access to a garden and parking for one car. It is in a great village location based only 10 minutes walk to Bristol Parkway train station, close to the mall, MOD, rolls Royce, UWE and southmead hospital. We are also close to M32 M5 and M4. Bristol city centre is 20 mins by car without traffic. Please note there are electric heaters but no central heating but we have had no problems with this. WiFi included.
