No Cleaning Fees! Please note that guests do not have access to the cooking facilities, although they may use the fridge. I do not have a microwave. Tea or coffee can be made in the kitchen downstairs. Due to steps and stairs, not suitable for people with limited mobility. Colourful room with large desk, comfy chair and single bed, overlooking wooded area. Parking is about 70m away, in a layby. Bus stop about 300 m away. Ideal base to explore East Kent.

You enter your self contained room by it's own entrance. On the right is the bedroom and straight ahead is your toilet and shower. NO access to kitchen unless asked before hand. Washing machine can be used on request. You may also use the garden, it has a chill area by the pond and also a gym. At the end of the garden there is a gate that leads onto a bridleway, turn right and you can walk to Canterbury, left Rome.
