The house is located in rural areas on Skardsøya in Aure on Nordmøre. Downstairs you will find a corridor leading into a new corridor with access to the bathroom, kitchen and the two living rooms that are connected. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and oven. Coffee makers are also available there. At least the living room has a wood-burning stove and TV.
