Very nice, clean and newly furnished apartment in a good location in Mödling, within walking distance of the beautiful city center and also the connections to Vienna are very good (train directly to Vienna Central Station). The apartment has a nice balcony and a private parking space in the courtyard. In addition, the apartment is fully equipped and has a fitted kitchen with all appliances, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. - and is therefore perfectly suited for holidaymakers and business travellers.

The house is in the Viennese Woods on the edge of the City of Vienna. The centre of Vienna can be reached with public transports within 40 minutes. You have your own bathroom and sleepingroom with two beds on the first floor. Our kitchen is on the ground floor and you can prepare your food there. We have an Australian Shepard who is very kind and lively. No TV but we have WIFI.

I offer our newly renovated guest room in a former Weinhauerhaus in a quiet green courtyard for a relaxing stay. Covered terrace right in front of the room, where you can have a drink or smoke. There is a water boiler and an electric hotplate and a bit of crockery, a fridge can also be used. In the very large natural garden you can go for a walk and linger at different seats.
