Vanuit dit sfeervolle historische monument uit 1600 ben je zo bij winkels en restaurants, haven, dromedaris, Zuiderzeemuseum, alles wat Enkhuizen zo charmant maakt! Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor zwerven door Enkhuizen en wandelen over de Vest, de oude vestingwal met 2 waterpoorten. Het is 10 minuten lopen vanaf het station, waar ook een ruime gratis parkeerplaats is. Ik serveer voor 7 euro lekker ontbijt, en voor 12 euro een dagschotel met een consumptie.
