Spacious and inviting Sunset View guest house

Our guest house is 25 mins to the airport, 20 mins to Kingstown and the lovely Villa beaches are 10-15 mins walk away (Downhill to beach, uphill to the house). All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned private rooms and the Master suite has its own private bath. Bathrooms have hot and cold water with high-pressure showerheads. The house has living room, two patios and fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. The house is conveniently wired for 110V and 220V and offers cable TV and Wi-Fi.

We offer early check-in and later check out. Relax and spend time poolside. A quiet location, approximately half way between Argyle International Airport and Kingstown. We are not far from the Brighton Saltpond and Prospect Mangrove Park. It's a lovely place to have picnics and learn about our local flora. The Brighton Saltpond is a black sand beach, with gazebos, fire pits, shower and toilets. The bar has a limited menu but is good value for money. We do not have air conditioning
