Our spacious suite with private bath is comfortable, well appointed and close to everything. 1 mile to the beach. Lots of extras included ! The suite consists of a large studio, with private bath. The bathroom is shared with a second bedroom which is only rented in conjunction with the suite. The second room rents for $55 per night for a second or third person in the group. Free amenities include use of beach parking pass, chairs, pack-n-play, kayaks, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Luxury Beach Front Condo! Prime Location!

New luxury king mattress ordered September 2024! Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. Perfect for "leaf peeping". Beautiful 2nd floor two bedroom apartment with great light, nestled in the woods. Listen to the owls at night and wake to the birds chirping. Comfortably sleeps 5 in two queen beds and a twin XL bunk. Easy access to Goose Rocks Beach as well as Smith Preserve conservation trails for biking, hiking, trail running, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing. Located 6 miles from the center of Kennebunkport and 3 1/2 miles from Cape Porpoise.

There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Located on a quiet street 3 miles from Biddeford Pool Beach. 1 mile to the UNE Biddeford campus. 10 minutes to Saco train station. 15 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and 25 Minutes to the city of Portland and the Jetport.
