Beautiful former coach house apartment in the grounds of an early Victorian House, situated on a quiet back water in the vibrant community of Broomhill. Private entrance use of the garden and close to the universities and teaching hospitals, which are all within walking distance. The city centre is just 5 mins away yet we have great access to Derbyshire. The conversion was completed in Jan 19 consisting of a kitchen, lounge/dinning area, double bedroom, bathroom and patio doors to the garden.
