Main bathroom has a fully closed walk in shower. The Kitchen/living area is open plan with a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle & toaster. The living area has a 32" smart tv with freeview, electric fire and 2 recliner sofas. The living room opens out on to a patio area via double patio doors.

Short-term Let licence no. ES00384F Built around 1850, the house has been in Frank’s family since. It sits above a rocky bay on Loch Shielavaig and has views of Hecla and Skye. The area is ideal for anyone with a love of peace and quiet and the outdoors. Walking, fishing (licences can be obtained locally), bird watching, photography, or just relaxing. This is pod 1 and has an identical pod located beside it which is pod 2. The Glamping Pods offer a bed, sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen and shower room. They can comfortably accommodate 3 adults. The pods are across the road from the Am Politician Public House and a 2 minute walk to local beach. The ferry terminal is a 5 minute drive however you can also get there by walking along the Bonnie Prince Charles beach. The pods are warm and cosy, we hope you enjoy your stay with us.
