Apartment in basement with good light and newly renovated bathroom. One bedroom with double bed and possibility for extra bed. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Completely newly renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in quiet residential area ( Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent communications to the city center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and some Italian.

A spacious room close to parks, bus station, City bikes, supermarkets, and bakery. Walking distance to the beach and City Centre. The room has a single bed, but if you are two people then I can arrange for one more bed. You will share with me and maybe an other guest the bathroom and a kitchen that has everything you need including coffee and tea on the house. A stay at my house is more than just a stay.
