This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

We are centrally located and in walking distance from Downtown Hays, Lewis Field, and the FHSU campus. Guest have their own private entrance to the basement apartment so you can come & go as they please. Our cozy cottage design makes our Airbnb a relaxing and comfortable place to stay while visiting Hays. We are located near the college so night life and some noise at night can be expected occasionally. We love Hays and all there is to do downtown. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

This one bedroom House in the heart of the Midwest has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire property to yourself, complete with a fully appointed kitchen, and laundry in the bathroom. The exterior of the house boasts a large yard, and patio for relaxing. One claim to fame for Ness is the Historic Bank building. I would be happy to arrange a Free tour of this building as I am a member of the Bank Building Foundation. We also have some of the best quail and pheasant hunting around.
