New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.
