You can also go to the main sightseeing spots in Kyoto without transferring to Kinkakuji Temple, Kiyomizuji Temple, and Gion area from the city bus "Shichijo Mibu River" bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk away.From JR Tanbaguchi Station, which is about 8 minutes on foot, you can go directly to Arashiyama and the bamboo forest course, so it is very convenient. My auntie was a noted “Shamisen” guitar player and she appeared in many movies and TV dramas. Now her home and its rooms, where she practiced her “Shamisen”, have been converted for a comfortable stay.
