We are Clean Freaks! following CDC guidelines. We supply all bleached white towels, sheets and pillows. PLEASE make sure you review our "House Rules" before booking a reservation. A historic mid-1800's building on the court house square. Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes a private queen bedroom and private bath. The grand room is much like an urban loft with full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath, washer/dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull-out).

This old home has the perfect balance of historic charm and modern flare. We are located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. Note that we do have three cats. They are kept out of the private Airbnb space unless guests choose to let them in. They are all very friendly :-).
