The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock & grill. We put great thought and research into the quality of the furniture, Queen mattress etc. The CordaRoy beanbag can be opened up to a comfy bed to sleep 1 adult comfortably or two children. One pet is permitted. * Currently there is construction going on across the street. There may be some noise during the weekdays. It hasn't bothered any guests, but just bringing it to guest's attention.
