Cozy room in new house (from 2017), location at the top of Lia. Good access with city bus and parking space if you have a car Great hiking opportunities in the area and a short way to the city center. We are an active family with children, so it can be lively in the house but plenty of space. We offer a private bathroom on the 2nd floor close to the room that is rented out and there is a TV with cromecast. Kitchen and fridge can be used if desired/ upon agreement. There is also a garden and terrace that can be used by appointment 😊

Come enjoy this quiet lakeside setting. The property is situated on the edge of the forest, 100 m from a small lake that connects to Storsjøen. There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

We currently have a long-term rental for the year 2022, so sorry we can't list via AirBnB this year. However, we hope that we can welcome earlier and new guests next year. Idyllically located at Glomma's width between Kongsvinger and Skarnes. Small farmhouse with its own 100 sqm apartment in vertical semi-detached house. Own shoreline, fishing opportunities. 40 minutes to Sweden by car. 8 km to Kongsvinger.
